Returns & Exchanges

In the event that the product you received is incorrect / defective due to our oversight, please provide the following:
  • Due to hygiene purposes, all sold items are non exchangeable unless there was a due negligence on our part.
  • Photo of the defect(s) within 7 days from receipt of delivery/collection.
  • Please send us an email with the images of the defect / wrong item sent and your receipt number. 
  • Shipping fees incurred to send the item back to us will be paid by us only if we sent the wrong item/ there was a due negligence on our part .
