Domestic (Singapore) Shipping
Due to Covid-19 measures, we currently only provide one delivery option:
- Trackable Smartpac Postage (2 - 3 working days) - SGD 3.20 per order
*Please note that due to the COVID-19 situation, there may be significant delays for all international shipments in and out of Singapore.*
Tracked Air Mail (Malaysia, Brunei) - SGD 9
Tracked Air Mail - Asia Pacific (excluding Japan, Australia & New Zealand) - SGD 11
Tracked Air Mail (Australia, Japan & New Zealand) - SGD 14
Tracked Air Mail (rest of the world) - SGD 16
Note: Depending on the destination country, customs clearance may have delays in final delivery. For orders shipped to any country outside of Singapore, all taxes, customs and import duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid by you in order for your parcel to clear customs.
As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, Eezycraftzy has no control over these charges, and we are unable to advise on the additional charges involved.
Confirmation and Delivery
- Upon order confirmation, please kindly allow 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for packing and dispatching of orders (unless otherwise stated that there's a delay or it's a preorder item).
- We provide, but are unable to guarantee, estimated delivery time.
- Estimated delivery time is from the date the order is shipped, and not the date the order is placed.
- An email with your tracking number will be sent to your email upon dispatch of order.
- Should you have more than one order placed, do used the code "COMBINESHIPPING" to have your multiple orders ship together. We will be unable to refund delivery charges that are made if you did not key in the code or notify us through instagram dms/ emails
Things to note
- Ensure that your delivery address is updated and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery.
- Should mails bounce back due to incorrect address/ missing informations, recipients need to bear the full cost for re-delivery, unless it is an error on our part.
- Unclaimed bounced packages will be disposed of after 3 months without prior notice.
